Your journey,
in your browser.
What the game stores
The game uses local storage to remember your daily expedition, submitted answers, saved scores, difficulty choices and sound preference. It keeps up to 90 daily records. Practice rounds are not saved as daily results.
What leaves your browser
Playing this version does not send your answers or score to a game server. We include no analytics, advertising pixels or account system. The browser requests the website files from its host, which may process ordinary request information such as IP address and browser headers to deliver those files.
Fonts and map data are served from this website. External links open their respective websites, whose privacy practices apply there. Copy result writes a short score summary to your clipboard only when you press the button. It does not post to another service.
Clearing your data
You can delete saved progress using your browser’s site-data controls for farflunggame.org. Clearing this data removes your settings, history and current expedition. There is no cloud backup or cross-device synchronisation.
Private browsing and blocked storage
Private browsing can discard your progress when the session ends. If local storage is unavailable or full, the game displays a notice. Keep the tab open to finish the current expedition; a refresh may lose unsaved progress.
